Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all construction activities from start to finish - Supervise and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction - Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and senior management - Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies needed for the project - Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily logs, change orders, and RFIs Requirements: - Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role - In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices - Proficient in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and construction management software (Primavera, HeavyBid, ProCore) - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Valid driver's license We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
